W.P.(C) 11474/2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondentTPDDL to restore the electricity connection of the petitioner's premises bearing Plot No. E-144, Kh.No.19/20, 21, 22/2, Ground floor, Swami Shradha Nand Park, Swami Shradha Nand Colony, Village Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi-110042.

After some arguments, it is agreed between the parties that petitioner shall withdraw all the proceedings filed by him against the respondent within a period of one week and file fresh proceedings only in accordance with the liberty granted by the Division Bench in B.L. Kantroo vs. BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd., 154 (2008) DLT 56 (DB).

Since the petitioner has been without any domestic electricity connection for the last one and a half months, learned counsel for respondent-TPDDL states that petitioner's electricity connection shall be reenergized for a period of four weeks. The statements made by both the counsel are accepted by this Court and both parties are held bound by the same.

It is clarified that the present order is subject to further orders that may be passed in the future in proceedings to be initiated by the petitioner. With the aforesaid observations and liberty, present writ petition stands disposed of.
