Rejoinder, if any may be filed by petitioner within two weeks with advance copy to counsel for respondent No.2. Objections to the petition filed by respondent No.3 returned under office objections. Counsel for respondent No.3 to check up with the registry, remove the objections and get the objections placed on record within a week.

SDM Kingsway Camp as well as SDM Paharganj have been duly served. Valuation report qua properties in question not filed by them.

Let bailable warrant in the sum of Rs 5,000/- be issued against SDMs concerned, with directions to file valuation report qua

properties situated within their local jurisdiction within two weeks from the date of execution of bailable warrant against them failing which they have to personally appear alongwith their explanation on the next date of hearing.
