% 16.08.2017 Matter taken up today as 14.8.2017 was declared a holiday on account of Janamashtami.

Petitioner institute had on 15.01.2015 applied to the Director, Secondary HRD, Government of Jharkhan for issuance of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) as per the aforenoted formate provided by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The petitioner had complied with all formalities. Petitioner is aggrieved that his application stood rejected vide order dated 14.6.2016. Contention of the petitioner is that the case of the petitioner is adequately covered by the judgment delivered by this Court in WP(C) 3231/2016 Rambha College of Education Vs. National Council of

Teacher Education and Anothers delivered on 23.02.2017. Learned counsel for respondent has instructions to state that appeal filed against the aforenoted judgment of Rambha College (supra) has since been dismissed by the Division Bench on 09.8.2017. She submits that the case of the petitioner shall be examined in accordance with the rules of respondent nos.1 and 2 for the next academic year i.e. 2018-19 within an outer limit of four weeks and the same shall be conveyed to him. This satisfies the case of the petitioner.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
