This application has been filed jointly by the parties for bringing on record the factum of compromise arrived at between the parties with the prayer for passing a decree in terms of compromise. Along with the application, the parties have also annexed the settlement dated 17th April, 2017 as Annexure A.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that they have settled their dispute amicably in terms of settlement dated 17th April, 2017, copy of RC.REV. 604/2016

which is annexed with CM No.15071/2017 as Annexure A. 2.

In terms of settlement, learned counsel for the respondent has given a cheque of `3,00,000/- to the learned counsel for the petitioner with the assurance that the cheque shall be encashed. Learned counsel for the petitioner also ensures that after receiving the payment of `3,00,000/- petitioner also surrendered his tenancy rights in respect of Shop No.663/6, Mehta Market, Pandit Park, Patparganj Road, Delhi-110051. 3.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly request that the revision petition be disposed of in terms of the compromise. 4.

Pursuant to the above settlement and as agreed between the parties, the revision petition is disposed of.

The parties shall abide by the terms and conditions as mentioned in the Settlement Deed.
