By the present application, the applicant/plaintiff prays for refund of ecourt fee of Rs.19,22,537.22p filed by him. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that instead of depositing estamp paper in the sum of Rs.19,22,537.22p, the plaintiff has deposited e-court fee in the Registry of this Court, inadvertently. Heard. Despite an advance copy having been served, none appears on behalf of the non-applicants. Since there is no opposition to the present application, the same is allowed. Registry shall refund the e-court fee to the plaintiff to enable him to file necessary e-stamp paper. Application stands disposed of.
