The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.666/2015 registered under Sections 307/323/34 IPC and Sections 27/25(54)/59 of Arms Act, 1959 at PS Khajuri Khas. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2015. Coaccused - Rashid with similar role has already been granted bail by this Court by an order dated 20.10.2016 in Bail Application 1723/2016 (page 68).

Status report reveals that the crime weapons were not recovered from the petitioner and these were recovered from co-accused - Sushil and Salmaan. FSL report is still awaited. BAIL APPLN. 2491/2016

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
