% 06.12.2017 At the outset, it has been submitted on behalf of the State that the petition has become infructuous in as much as the petition assails the order dated 12.10.2016 in DD No. 60B under Section 107/150 Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 PS Sadar Bazar whereby the petitioner has been directed to maintain peace for a period of one year which period of one year has since elapsed. The said submission is correct None is present on behalf of the petitioner. The petition is disposed of having become infructuous.
