This petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the DRT under Section 17(1) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

Date of 31.7.2017 stands cancelled.

C.M. No.23828/2017 By way of this application, the petitioner is seeking release of an amount of Rs.25 lakh which he has deposited in this Court in terms of the order dated 18.4.2017 and 30.3.2017.

Contents of the application have been perused. Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the sum of Rs.25 lakh lying deposited in this Court.
