In support of his contention, learned counsel for the petitioner relies on the decision of the Division Bench dated 12.05.2016 in LPA No.408/2014 titled Ashok Kumar versus The District & Sessions Judge (North Delhi) Rohini & Another.

Notice is accepted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration and shall be taken up for consideration in the next meeting of the Chamber WP(C) 11671/2016

Allotment Committee of the District Courts, Rohini. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of directing the Chamber Allotment Committee to consider the representation of the petitioner and also take into account the decision of the Division Bench in Ashok Kumar (supra).
