% 08.12.2016 Disputes with regard to property transactions between petitioner and respondent no.2 had led to the registration of present FIR No.211/2013 under Sections 415/420/467/458 IPC at police station Sarai Rohilla on the complaint of respondent no.2. Petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 11th August, 2016. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Sachin Yadav PS Sarai Rohilla. He submits that he has compromised the matter with petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure and coercion. He submits that petitioner has paid `4 Lakhs, though
this fact has not been mentioned in the Memorandum of Understanding. He further submits that he is not willing to pursue the FIR any further in view of settlement arrived at between him and petitioner. Keeping in mind the fact that disputes arose between petitioner and respondent no.2 in respect of property transaction, which has a civil flavour and petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, in the interest of justice, FIR No.211/2013 under Sections 415/420/467/458 IPC registered at police station Sarai Rohilla, is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
