O R D E R

% 08.12.2016 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was not even present at the spot. As per the complainant, only two persons were there in the car. Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that accused Shivam was arrested at the spot while accused Ritesh had surrendered. Petitioner's car was taken by his friend Ritesh. Car has also been seized. Shivam and Ritesh have been released on regular bail. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petitioner's name has been taken by accused Shivam in his disclosure statement. Petitioner was standing outside the ATM. Keeping in mind these facts, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the

sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO concerned.

Application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
