O R D E R

% 08.12.2016 The petitioner seeks parole on the ground that his sister is getting married. This fact has been got verified. The nominal roll placed on record shows that the petitioner has already availed three furloughs in this year of three weeks, two weeks and two weeks respectively, the last being between 02.11.2016 and 16.11.2016. The petitioner is undergoing life imprisonment under Section 302/34 IPC in case FIR 253/2008. Considering the fact that the petitioner has recently availed furlough which ended on 16.11.2016; the fact that the petitioner has not been granted parole in this year and that the petitioner's sister is getting married, he is directed to be released on parole for a period of two weeks forthwith.

This is subject to the condition that:

i) he shall furnish a personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. ii) he shall provide his mobile phone number to the Jail Superintendent at the time of his release, which shall be kept in working condition at all times. The same shall not be changed without prior intimation to the Jail Superintendent; iii) he shall duly surrender at the end of the period of parole; and iv) he shall also not indulge in any criminal activity while on parole.

A copy of this order be communicated to the Jail Superintendent today itself.
