% 05.02.2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been instructed to presently seek withdrawal of the present petition in view of the opposition to the prayer by the complainant and the fact that the criminal court where the case is pending is yet to consider the question of charge. He submits that the petitioner while seeking withdrawal of the petition reserves the right to file a fresh petition seeking quashing after the question of charge has been considered. The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
