The learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent has already deposited a sum of `69,61,370/- with the Registry of this Court in discharge of the awarded amount. The learned counsel for the petitioner also states that the said amount would satisfy the arbitral award. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to release the aforesaid amount along with accrued interest, if any, to the petitioner within a period of one week from today.

No further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of.
