CRL.REV.P. 808/2016 Petitioner had challenged the order impugned in this revision petition earlier also vide Crl. Revision Petition No. 268/2015, which was taken up for hearing by a Bench of coordinate jurisdiction on 29th August, 2016, when the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, had withdrawn the Revision Petition. No liberty was granted to the petitioner to file a fresh
revision petition. Accordingly, this revision petition is not maintainable and is dismissed.
