% 04.05.2017 It is submitted by the counsel appearing on behalf of the State that the petitioner is not entitled for furlough due to unsatisfactory jail conduct as the petitioner has been punished on 23.07.2016 and the petitioner has to earn Three Annual Good Conduct Remission.
