% 04.05.2017 It is submitted by the counsel appearing on behalf of the State that the petitioner is not entitled for furlough due to unsatisfactory jail conduct as the petitioner has been punished on 23.07.2016 and the petitioner has to earn Three Annual Good Conduct Remission.

Keeping in view the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the present petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition at the appropriate stage, if desires, as per law. The present petition is disposed of accordingly. I.S.MEHTA, J MAY 04, 2017/radhika
