O R D E R

% 05.12.2017 By this petition the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 1466/2014 under Sections 376D/506 IPC registered at PS Rajouri Garden. A status report has been filed indicating that though initially the prosecutrix complained of the offences alleged, however later she resiled from her statement and filed an affidavit with PS Rajouri Garden stating that her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and other statements be considered false and she does not want any further action in the matter. BAIL APPLN. 2496/2016

Since the prosecutrix is not forthcoming and does not want to pursue the FIR in question, learned APP for the State submits that the State has already filed a closure report. Closure report having been filed by the State, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition if need arises. Leave and liberty is granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Order dasti. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
