% 06.09.2017 The present petition U/s 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of charges framed under Section 420 r/w 34 of IPC in FIR No.183/2011 registered at police station-Karol Bagh, vide order dated 19.07.2016 passed by learned M.M., Tis Hazari Court, Delhi and also for setting aside the order dated 22.10.2016 passed in Crl. Rev. Petition No. 07/2016.

It is submitted by the counsel for the parties that they have entered into a compromise/settlement and in view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition. In view of the statement made in the Court, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
