% 01.05.2018 Since possession of the suit premises has already been handed back to the decree holder, this Court is of the view that the ends of justice would be met if the judgement debtor is directed to pay the cost for the present proceedings.

Consequently, this Court directs the judgment debtor to pay the cost of Rs.50,000/- to the decree holder by way of a demand draft within a period of fifteen days.

It is clarified that the present order is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties in CCP No.1034/2016. Accordingly, the present execution petition stands disposed of. MANMOHAN, J MAY 01, 2018/KA
