This application is filed on behalf of the Plaintiff seeking refund of Court fees.

Ms. Ginny J. Rautray, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of Defendants No. 1 and 2.

Learned counsel for the Plaintiff submits that two suits were decreed together, being the present one and CS(COMM) 77/2020 and in the latter suit, on 07.04.2025 Court has allowed refund of 50% of the Court fees, subject to the decision of the Larger Bench on the issue. 5.
