% 20.07.2016 Mediation report dated 17th March, 2016 has been received which indicates that "settlement is not possible". Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that the arbitration proceedings are continuing. Under these circumstances, interim order passed on 10th July, 2015 shall continue during the pendency of the arbitration proceedings. Liberty is granted to the respondents to move an application under Section 17 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for modification/vacation of the said interim order before the Arbitrator, if so desired.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner will inform the respondents as well counsel about the order passed by this Court by way of Registered A.D. post. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
