The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.271/2016 registered under Sections 420/406 IPC at PS Mayapuri. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the counsel for the complainant and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2016.
The petitioner and the complainant were acquainted with each other since 2012 and were having business dealings.
There is dispute over prices per truck which was earlier to be `7.5 lacs which was enhanced subsequently to `10.5 lacs. No civil suit has been filed by the complainant. BAIL APPLN. 2563/2016

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
