% 12.05.2016 A perusal of the order sheets shows that this petition was finally disposed of by reducing the sentence from one year to nine months but due to typographical error crept in the order dated 19th April, 2016, the petition has been wrongly admitted and directed to be listed in due course.

Consequently, since the revision petition and pending applications have already been finally disposed of, the words "Admit" & "List the matter on its own turn in due course" stand deleted from the order dated 19th April, 2016.
