% 21.12.2016 By the present petition, petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 340/2016 dated 29.06.2016 registered at PS Bhalaswa Dairy. At the outset, learned APP for the State on instructions submits that no permission to arrest the petitioner, who is husband of the complainant, has been sought by the Investigating Officer, as yet from any competent authority.

The petition, therefore, being premature is disposed of with directions that in case permission to arrest the petitioner is sought and granted, one week notice prior to arrest will be given to the petitioner. Order dasti.
