% 13.01.2017 Respondent no.3, who is father of petitioner no.1, is present in Court. He submits that he has not threatened the petitioners nor has any intention to cause harm in any manner to the petitioners. Vide order dated 7th December, 2016, respondent no.2 was directed to ensure the safety of the petitioners after assessing the threat perception. This order is confirmed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
