% 18.09.2018 After lengthy arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to make a representation, before the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, seeking appropriate one time exemption, for admission to overseas medical course, by 19.09.2018. Leave and liberty granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. The pending applications also stand disposed of. W.P.(C) 9868/2018

The Central Government shall, after appropriate consultation with the Medical Council of India, make its decision on an urgent basis and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of one week on receipt of such a representation.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of Court Master to counsel for the parties.
