After arguments, the appeal is disposed of as not pressed as counsel for the appellants states that the appellants/plaintiffs want to amend the plaint to seek a cause of action on the basis of original collaboration agreement entered into between the original owners and the builder. FAO No.575/2016

Appeal is accordingly disposed of as not pressed and appellants are given liberty to amend the plaint, in accordance with law, and thereafter also seek interim relief as per the amended plaint. Of course, this Court makes no observations with respect to merits of the respective cases of the parties.
