ORDER

% 04.08.2017 The appellant-Hammad Ahmed is aggrieved by the following observations in the order dated 26^*^ May, 2017:- "14. All the parties are also restrained from making any statements to the media or to any third party or otherwise qua the functioning of Hamdard Laboratories (India), Hamdard National Foundation (India) and Jamia Hamdard or claiming himself/herself to be in management of or claiming another to be not in management thereof." 2.

Counsel for the parties, on instructions, states that they are concerned about reputation and goodwill of Hamdard Laboratories (India), Hamdard National Foundation (India) and Jamia Hamdard and hence, they would not like to make any statements in the media or in the social media, which will

harm and damage the said reputation or goodwill. In case they have any grievance, they will move appropriate application before the Court and seek directions with regard to management, functioning and affairs of Hamdard Laboratories (India), Hamdard National Fpundation (India) and Jamia Hamdard, etc.

Learned counsel for the parties state that the issue relating to Chief Mutawalli is of considerable importance as it affects the functioning of the aforesaid institutions/organisations. Counsel for the parties state that they will make a request for early adjudication of the said issue. We hope and trust the matter would be decided expeditiously. We also record that the matter is already listed before the single Judge on 30*'' August, 2017. 4.

The appeals are disposed of in view of the statement made, with the aforesaid observations.

This order would not be construed as an order affecting the rights of the parties or an order opining on any of the legal proceedings. We also clarify that the appeals have not been disposed of by commenting on merits of contention recorded in paragraph 3 above.

Copy of this order will be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under signature of the Court Master.
