% 14.09.2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner states that payment has been received from the respondents. She submits that she would like to withdraw the present contempt petition.

Mr.R.K.Chadha, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents however stresses that as noted by this court in its order dated 12.02.2018, this payment has been made without prejudice to their rights and contentions and they are not liable to pay any dues. He submits that to this effect, applications being CA Nos.22-24/2017 had been filed. The respondents are free to agitate these issues at an appropriate stage. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending applications, if any, is also dismissed as withdrawn.
