O R D E R

% 19.04.2016 Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking a direction to the respondents to produce his minor daughter, Shivani, before this Court. It is the case of the petitioner that her daughter has been kidnapped by respondent no.4 in connivance with respondent no.5. It is also the case of the petitioner that even in the past his daughter was kidnapped and on a complaint made a FIR was registered, however, on a raid conducted his daughter was recovered.

Today, petitioner is present in Court in person. He submits that his daughter, Shivani, has been recovered. We are also informed by learned counsel for the State that the parents of Shivani have reconciled to the marriage of their daughter with respondent no.4, Ranjan Rahul. Shivani and Ranjan Rahul are present in Court. They submit that their marriage stands solemnised on 16.4.2016.

In view of above, the petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition.
