% 17.07.2017 Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and complainant have settled their disputes before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 08.02.2017. Investigating Officer is present in Court and submits that he has confirmed from the complainant about the settlement. Dowry articles have also been returned.

Keeping in mind that petitioner and complainant have settled their disputes, it is ordered that in the event of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ` 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer / IO.
