The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 R.P.C.in case FIR No.0393/2016 under Sections 307/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mayur Vihar, Phase-I. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2016. Coaccused Sachin @ Bhatti with similar allegations has already been granted bail by the court of Sessions vide order dated 28.12.2016. The injuries sustained by the victim are 'simple' in nature. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction BAIL APPLN. 2528/2016

of the Trial Court.
