C.M.4966/2018 (delay) For the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 75 days in filing the review petition is condoned.

The application stands disposed of.

Review Pet.60/2018 Review is sought of the order dated 25.10.2017 on the ground that vital facts could not be brought to the notice of the Court on behalf of four review petitioners being petitioners no.2, 6, 7 & 9. Review on such a ground, in our view, cannot be granted.

Accordingly the review petition is dismissed. C.M.Nos.4964/2018 (for ad-interim relief) The application also stands dismissed in view of the order passed in the review petition.
