% 24.11.2017 CCP (O) No.89/2016 A total of 33000 square feet area in Gourmet Hub, Paschimpuri, New Delhi, allegedly let out to the petitioner under the management and lease deed dated 14.09.2015 to the petitioner, has been illegally rescinded by the respondent, before actually acting upon it. The learned counsel for the respondents alleges the document to be a forged document, never executed by the respondent No.1 company. The learned counsel for the petitioner says the area of 33000 square feet is in his possession, though admittedly nothing has been paid so far towards rental. The counsel for respondents disputes the possession but says if the applicant insist on possession then he must be directed to clear rentals till date.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall file letter of intent of big brands who are interested to take the premises on rent by the next date.
