% 27.07.2018 At the outset, learned counsel for appellants does not press this appeal by submitting that in view of Supreme Court's Constitution Bench decision in National Insurance Company Ltd. Vs. Pranay Sethi & ors. (2017) 16 SCC 680, he has now realized that the compensation awarded by the Tribunal in impugned Award is just and proper. However, while not pressing this appeal, learned counsel for appellants prays that a direction be issued to the concerned Tribunal to release the awarded compensation at the earliest.

In view of aforesaid, this appeal and the application are dismissed as not pressed with direction to the concerned Tribunal to release the awarded compensation to appellants-Claimants forthwith in the manner and ratio already indicated in the impugned Award. (SUNIL GAUR) JUDGE JULY 27, 2018 s
