% 27.01.2020 Ld. Counsel for respondent no.2-Indian Golf Union, submits that on an amicable settlement arrived at amongst the parties, the termination letter dated 03.07.2017 issued by the respondent no.2 stands withdrawn and the letter dated 23.01.2020 submitted by the petitioner, whereby, he submitted the resignation has since been accepted w.e.f. 06.07.2017 and so communicated to him vide letter dated 27.01.2020, and, a sum of Rs.4,77,457/- has also been paid to the petitioner by way of a cheque drawn in his favour on Andhra Bank dated 14.12.2019 towards full and final satisfaction of all his dues and claims whatsoever as against the respondent no.2. Mr. Bansal, ld. Sr. Counsel, on instructions, accepts so and prays that the instant petition may be disposed of accordingly.
It is ordered accordingly.
