1. It appears that there are ten return periods for which refund is claimed. Refund order has been issued in respect of the nine periods and in respect of one period, the parties are ad idem that it is wrongly claimed.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner points out that although refund orders have been issued for the nine periods, interest on the refund amount has not yet been granted.

3. The Respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders granting interest on the refund already issued in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today failing which it would be open for the Petitioner to approach the Court for relief in accordance with law.
