% 27.02.2018 On the last date i.e. 20.02.2018, it was put to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether keeping in view the fact that the prayer in the petitions was only for grant of affiliation for the academic year 2016-2017, anything further survived in the matter, on

which, learned counsel for the petitioner had sought time to take instructions.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions not to press the petition as the same has become infructuous.

The petitions are dismissed as not pressed. The pending applications also stand disposed of.
