% 16.12.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No.1-Delhi Cantonment Board to demolish the unauthorised construction carried out by respondent No.2 at property bearing No.V-15, Old Nangal, Delhi Cantonment, New Delhi. It has been averred in the petition that due to unauthorised construction by respondent No.2, the petitioner's right to egress and ingress has been adversely affected.
Issue notice.
Mr.Anchit Sharma, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent no.1.
Keeping in view the averments in the petition, this Court directs the respondent no.1-Delhi Cantonment Board to treat the present writ petition as a representation and to dispose of the same in its next meeting. This Court directs the respondent no.1-Delhi Cantonment
Board to decide the said representation not later than four months from today. A copy of the order disposing of the representation shall be communicated to the petitioner as well as respondent no.2 by registered AD post.
With the aforesaid directions, present writ petition and the applications stand disposed of.
