Office report has been received stating that no amount is lying deposited in the present proceedings and that the amount is lying deposited in FAO(OS)(COMM) No. 35/2018. Accordingly, a copy of the order has been forwarded to the concerned dealing assistant of the said case.

It is further stated in the office note that a calculation sheet has been re-filed on behalf of the decree holder. 3.

It is also noted that the matter was sent to the Cash Branch for preparation of calculation sheet in terms of order dated 16.03.2026, however, the Cash Branch has returned the file with the remark that the time available was too short for processing the case.
