% 27.04.2017 Petitioner has prayed that the respondents be directed to mutate the agricultural land admeasuring 3 bighas and 12 biswas in Khasra No.23/3 situated in the revenue estate of Village Hamidpur, Tehsil Narela, District North-West Delhi and agricultural land admeasuring 28 bighas and 15 biswas comprising in Khasra Nos.23/9/2, 13, 18 min., 4/1, 24/5, 6, 26 min., 23/8, 9/1, 22/17/1, 23, 24/1 situated in revenue estate of Village Hamidpur, Tehsil Narela, District North-West Delhi in favour of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 3 submits that aforesaid land cannot be mutated in the name of petitioner since the appeal bearing no.399/DM/NORTH/2015/4004, filed by the respondent no.4 is still pending

before the District Collector (North).

Writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the District Collector (North) to dispose of the appeal expeditiously and preferably within six months.

Petitioner and respondent no.4 shall co-operate in early disposal and not seek unnecessary adjournments. A.K. PATHAK, J.
