% 07.12.2016 Husband (petitioner no.1) and wife (respondent no.2) have settled their differences and have started living together. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with her counsel. She submits that she is living with her husband, i.e., petitioner no.1 for the last one year. She submits that she is not willing to pursue the present FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind that parties have resolved their differences and have started living together, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the present criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, FIR 91/2015 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC registered

at police station Mayur Vihar, Phase-I, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.
