1. It is stated by learned Counsel for the Respondents, on instructions, that the refund claim of the Petitioner is being processed. Appropriate orders as regards the refund amount be passed by the Revenue within four weeks and amount together with the interest due thereon be credited directly to the account of the Petitioner. If the Petitioner has any grievance as regards non-compliance with the above direction, the Petitioner may seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
