% 19.12.2016 The status report has been filed by the State. The same has been perused. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail application in case FIR 799/2016 registered at PS Neb Sarai u/s 452/ 506/456/427 read with section 34 IPG. The status report shows that the CCTV footage available at the site has been examined. No doubt, the same shows that the complainant was throwing stones at his own house. However, the status report also records that the CCTV footage shows that the accused Bhagwan and Gulab Singh after having an argument with the complainant, stalked him towards his house and.allegedly Gulab Singh was carrying stone pieces in his hand. According to the petitioner/ Gulab Singh, the petitioner is selling pottery ware outside the house of the corhplainant, which led to the dispute.

Pertinently, the status report shows that according to the CCTV footage, the petitioners Pravesh and Manjeet Singh were not even at the site.- In view of the aforesaid, the present bail application is allowed. In case of his arrest, the petitioner shall be. released upon his ftimishing personal bond with a surety in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- to the satisfaction of ;

the arresting officer. This is further subject to the condition that the petitioner shall not enter into any altercation or argument with the eorriplainant and shall not take law into his own hands. The petitioner shall not cause any breach of peace in the area or threaten or coerce the complainant in any manner. The petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called for.

The application stands disposed of. Dasti.
