% 07.12.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorised construction which is being permitted to be carried out at plot No.5, Gali No. 7, Anand Parbat Industrial Area, New Delhi. It is pointed out that this is against all the byelaws of the Corporation. On advance notice, counsel for the respondent/North Delhi Municipal Corporation has put in her appearance. She submits that the unauthorized structure qua the ground floor i.e. shuttering which was being carried out has been booked on 05.12.2016. Notice has also been issued to the party under the National Greet Tribunal Act, 2010. All actions in accordance with law shall be taken on the initiation already effected on 05.12.2016. This statement of the respondent is noted and taken on record. It is hope and expected that it shall be honoured in true letter and spirit. Necessary police assistance will be granted to respondent No. 1 as and when desired who is also present

and has been arrayed as respondent No. 2.
