The counsel for the three plaintiffs namely (i) Tata Sons Limited; (ii) Tata Motors Insurance Broking & Advisory Services Ltd.; and, (iii) TarunSamant states that compromise arrived at by the plaintiffs with all the defendants, save the defendant No.9, Ashok Kumar Agarwal is contained in the respective applications. It is also stated that the defendant No.1 was John Doe and defendant No.2 Department of Telecommunications was deleted vide order dated 7th December, 2016. It is yet further stated that the plaintiffs gives up defendant No.9 Ashok Kumar Agarwal. CS(COMM) 1601/2016

The counsels for the defendants confirm.

The defendant No.9 Ashok Kumar Agarwal is deleted from the array of defendants in the memorandum of parties dated 6th March, 2017. The Court Master to, under his signature in today‟s date, make an endorsement on the memorandum of parties to the said effect. 4.
I have perused the contents of the three applications and find the compromise arrived at between the parties to be lawful. 5.
All the applications are allowed and disposed of. CS(COMM) 1601/2016 &Crl.M.A. No.7366/2017 (u/S 340 Cr.PC r/w S195 CrPC) 6.
The suits against the respective defendants is disposed of in terms of compromise contained in the respective applications and the applications shall form part of the decree sheet/s, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
