O R D E R

% 28.02.2018 Pursuant to proceedings dated 3.1.2018, the complainaint Mr.Vijay Kumar S/o. Ram Kishan is present in the Court. He has produced proof of his identity in the form of Adhar Card bearing No.885341974829. Photocopy of the same may be filed. In reply to specific Court proceedings, it is affirmed by the complainant that the property in question bearing Plot No.25, measuring 400 sq. yards out of khasra No.216, 965, 218, 219, Village-Haiderpur, Delhi has been returned to him. The proceedings on record indicate that there have been previous submissions made on 19.9.2017 that a petition seeking quashing of FIR has been filed vide diary No.58664 but it is yet to be listed.

In view of the submissions made by the complainant, the appellant in the event of arrest is allowed to be released on bail on his furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court with directions

that he shall not leave the country without permission of the Trial Court and shall not commit any offence whatsoever. The application is disposed of in terms of the above. ANU MALHOTRA, J FEBRUARY 28, 2018 ak
