% 04.10.2018 Learned counsels for the parties submit that this Court may appoint a Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties, who may give further directions with respect to the conduct of the business of the Joint Venture keeping in mind Clause 4.6 of the Joint Venture Agreement.

With the consent of the parties, I appoint Hon'ble Ms.Justice Indermeet Kaur Kochhar, a former Judge of this Court, (62, Lodhi Estate, New Delhi-110003, Mob.No.9910384614) as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute that have arisen between the parties. Either party shall be free to

move an appropriate application before the Sole Arbitrator, seeking direction with respect to the conduct of the Joint Venture business or for any other relief.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms, with no order as to cost. Dasti.
