Bail Appl. 1337/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is aged about 51 years. He had suffered a stroke and was hospitalised. He received medical treatment at Max Healthcare Super Speciality Hospital and was declared fit to join his duties only on 18th April, 2017; whereas the incident is of 8th April, 2017. The role assigned to the petitioner was that he had given kick blows. Co-accused persons Deepak, Deep and Sonu are already on bail.

Keeping in mind totality of the circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum for `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
