% 09.12.2016 The status report tendered in court is taken on record. The petitioner has preferred this petition to seek parole for a period of three months on the ground that he has to get married to the prosecutrix. In this regard, the petitioner has also placed on record the invitation card printed in relation to the said marriage.

The status report discloses a shocking state of affairs. The statement of the prosecutrix has been recorded and the original thereof is placed on record. In her statement, the prosecutrix has stated that there is no question of her marriage with the petitioner on 12.12.2016 or on any other date.
